Why use a lawyer rather than a conveyancer?

It is advisable to use a lawyer as opposed to a conveyancer to handle your conveyance as lawyers are able to perform ALL legal work associated with the transaction, whereas conveyancers are limited to only being able to assist you with “conveyancing work” and must refer you to a lawyer if the work goes beyond the scope of straightforward conveyancing work or involves issues which are too complicated for them to handle.

Lawyers provide the most comprehensive form of legal representation in conveyancing transactions. At Apex Legal we will guide you through each step of the conveyancing process and ensure that you are kept up to date and informed at all times.
